“My 2024 Ford Mustang Mach‑E is under an active brake safety recall (NHTSA 25V863 / Ford 25C69) with no remedy available. Ford has not provided a repair timeline, alternative transportation, or any assistance. I am concerned about the safety of operating this vehicle due to the nature of the brake defect and the uncertainty surrounding when it will be fixed. This situation is creating a serious hardship for my household. My husband is a disabled veteran with multiple medical conditions and frequent medical appointments. …”

“On 5/14/2025 at aprox 5:35pm I was completely stopped in traffic when all of a sudden my car started to accelerate without me pressing on the accelerator. I pressed the brake pedal, however the car continued to move forward, by this time the brake pedal was pressed to the floor and the car was continuing to more forward. I was stopped aprox 6 feet behind a semi truck, and ended up crashing into the back of the semi. The car continued to surge forward, even though my car was pressed against the back of the semi. It was at that time when I put the car in Neutral. …”

NHTSA complaint #11661262, filed 2025-05

“On January 15 I took my car to Tasca Ford for the 10,000 check up and NYS Inspection. I was given paperwork confirming that the car was functioning properly . On January 17, 2026 my parked, unoccupied 2024 Ford mach E crashed into my parents garage door. I brought the car back to Tasca on January 19 and again was told nothing was wrong with my brakes. I then took the car to an independent mechanic who confirmed the brakes were faulty. I also received a notice in the Ford App that there was a recall for my car. I called Ford to tell them about my accident and that I needed a loaner car. …”

NHTSA complaint #11722479, filed 2026-03

“Was driving when the driver instrument display went blank and is no longer functioning. This display shows speed of vehicle and other status information, such as battery level, range and cruise control status. There has been a software update remotely installed today, which may be a coincidence.”
