The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the hood latch fractured causing the hood to raise up and crack the windshield and damage to the dashboard. The contact stated that the seat heater over heated and the wiring harness was disconnected. The vehicle was not diagnosed. A dealer was not contacted.
