“All 2013 mustangs come equipped with LED drl lamps that illuminate full time whenever the engine is running. These are two white strips alongside each headlamp. In broad daylight, they are barely noticeable; less up close. On overcast days, they are slightly visible but so dim, they offer no added safety effect for having them on, vs other vehicles with drl's. I've seen other mustangs same year as mine & they are all the same. Nothing wrong with them. At night, they are lit with same brightness level, which is just about right (at night). …”
