“Front left seat belt was buckled in, making audible click, and turning off indicator lamp on dash board. While driving the seat belt popped out of its latch. At no point during the drive did any lamp or chime warn the seat belt was not fully latched. Cause for concern, seeing numerous other reports of people being injured or killed by seat belts of these cars failing in crashes.”
