Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“The car is not getting the advertised gas mileage. I am only getting 21 to 22 mpg which stink. The car backs up when in park also. Please look into this please. The bottom under the car is not finished off. One other thing is that the backup camera is not very clear and you cannot see properly and have to get out of your car to check all the time. The back end is up too high.”

NHTSA complaint #10637713, filed 2014-09, 240 miles

“The dealer says that there is NO problem because they can not replicate it while there but it but the problem has not gone away my rear view camera and my side camera do not work”
