“I took the vehicle in to have oil change, tire rotation and alignment. The dealership stated that the rear camber is at its upper limits so we would have to replace both rear springs, upper links, permanently remove the hitch and replace all 4 tires. Total cost would be $2165. Their reasoning was the weight of the hitch caused the springs to weaken. The vehicle was purchased new with 32 miles and now has 84,000. All service has been preformed at the dealership where it was purchased at factory recommended intervals. …”

NHTSA complaint #11353246, filed 2020-09, 84,736 miles

“I bought a 2015 crv with 16 miles on it. From the beginning there has been shuddering when I drive at high speeds (or on any normal highway), and strong vibrations (rough idle). This is unacceptable on a 31k car.”

NHTSA complaint #10701477, filed 2015-03, 2,500 miles

“I purchased my crv ex awd a couple of weeks ago. Shortly thereafter, I noticed that the seats shake causing a vibration in the car when I'm stopped and the vehicle is in drive. When this happens, the engine is warm and idles around 600 rpms. I have found that if the A/C is on or the headlights are on, then the vibrations lessens after the engine idle increases. I've contacted Honda, but they only said that they are aware of the complaint and that if a remedy can be found they would notify the owners.”

NHTSA complaint #10725856, filed 2015-06, 230 miles

“I just notice on 6/8/15 there a vibration every time I stop at the red light. It pretty annoying and very obvious. I look up the review and find out there so many owner of Honda crv-exl 2015 facing the same problem. Deeply disappointed. Please help. I know this is a problem that Honda need to be responsible for the consumers. Someone out there who have authority to hold Honda responsible for this problem. They knew the problem all along and still selling it to the consumers. I feel cheated. Please help!!”

NHTSA complaint #10725450, filed 2015-06, 800 miles
