“The contact owns a 2015 Hyundai Sonata. The contact stated as she was attempting to open the rear driver-side door to let her grandchild out of the vehicle, the door handle fractured. The contact stated the failure reoccurred as she was attempting to open the rear passenger side door. The unknown dealer was notified of the failure and informed the contact that she would be responsible for the cost of the repair. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 110,320.”
