The contact stated that the vehicle was difficult to start on several occasions, and took several attempts to start. The contact also stated that the trunk of the vehicle would open independently sometimes. The vehicle was not taken to be diagnosed. The contact was informed by pecheles automotive that there would be a cost for the vehicle to be diagnosed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failures. The failure mileage was unknown.”
