When driving it we noticed it kept loosing power, first time was in the fall of 2019 and just now its started the same thing looking power and engine code with turbo”

“I have around 36,000 miles on my SUV and my engine went out. I was driving home and it started making rug a loud knocking noise. Half way home it died and the oil light flashed but went back off. NHTSA complaint #11413460, filed 2021-04, 37,000 miles

“Made appointment to correct recall at the dealership, then 1 week later they said there is currently no remedy to fix the recall. They don't know how long it will take, but will contact me to make a service appointment once they find a remedy. The problem if this recall is not fixed it can cause a fire in the engine. At this time, I was advised to only park outside to prevent a internal combustion in the engine.”

NHTSA complaint #11395852, filed 2021-02, 72,000 miles

“Engine fire. Pulling into our driveway the car was stopped in front of our garage. Smoke was issuing from under the hood. Opening the hood revealed a fire from under the engine top cowling and on the felt hood liner. A fire extinguisher (a,b,c) in the garage was used to quickly extinguish the fire. The fire did not spread beyond the engine compartment.”
