Preset comfort settings ie seat, mirror, door and window locks have reverted to ones previous to what I put in for myself. The GPS kept getting stuck on the dealerdship address. I had starting issues. Now I often have stopping (turning off everything) issues so then have to keep turning the car on and off to finally get the electrical things (lights, radio) to turn off. Its scary. I also have the worst gas mileage. I started iff at 12 miles. …”

We heard the knocking on a weekend, Kia said to bring it in and it stalled halfway there. Had to call my insurance because Kia would not pay for towing. My Kia had been checked the year before for the engine recall, of course it passed. It took 2 months to get my car back, they did provide a rental. A month later (jan. 2019) I smelled gasoline very strong in my car. Had my husband test drive it to make sure that is what it was because I had just put in a full tank of gas. …”
NHTSA complaint #11190413, filed 2019-03, 84,000 miles“The vehicle decelerated and would not go even when the gas was applied. When I came to a stop oil was leaking all over the ground. When looking under the hood, the high pressure fuel pump bolt had been sheered off and gas and oil were spewing out. Had the car towed to the dealership where they blamed the people who had done the last oil change 3,000 miles ago. At the same time they said that it could not have been driven 3,000 miles in that condition. They would not cover the repair under the warranty even though I only have 35,000 miles on the car”
