“I was involved in an accident 12/14/17, in which my car was totaled. I was driving on a three lane highway when someone hit me on my rear passenger side panel & then I hit a light pole head on. The cars were going at least 65mph or more. My airbags did not deploy from the initial impact (which blew out my rear passenger window on impact) or the car hitting the pole(the pole came completely down on impact). I have the investigation form & the police report number if needed.”

NHTSA complaint #11063551, filed 2018-01, 20,000 miles

“1) the truck opens for no reason whether the car is parked or driven without trunk feature being activated. This happens when driving down a 4 lane highway at night and day. 2) collision prevention of light displayed & won't go off. (see attached). Google indicates that the passenger air bag has an issue.”

NHTSA complaint #11376211, filed 2020-11, 94,225 miles

“Recall issued in march 2019; mercedes says earliest it will replace is nov. 2020. Problem is exacerbated by heat and humidity; I live in houston, where heat & humidity both high. Failure can cause serious injury or death...why allowing mercedes to take nearly two years. Ntsha, do your job!”
