“I was involved in an accident 12/14/17, in which my car was totaled. I was driving on a three lane highway when someone hit me on my rear passenger side panel & then I hit a light pole head on. The cars were going at least 65mph or more. My airbags did not deploy from the initial impact (which blew out my rear passenger window on impact) or the car hitting the pole(the pole came completely down on impact). I have the investigation form & the police report number if needed.”

“Sunroof is faulty in this model. Mercedes have recalled earlier models due to similar issue. The have recalled 750k cars today due to this issue and we are seeing similar problems in our 2015 c class. This issue is very serious and dangerous as the sunroof could potentially fly off myself and my wife were driving at normal speed on the highway when we suddenly heard the noise. When we stopped by to check the issue, it seemed like the sunroof was getting detached. When we tried to close it, it made a big bang noise as if something has not been placed correctly. …”

“Incident on 10/18/21, while coasting into a parking space, my car suddenly accelerated and smashed into a concrete wall. Damage was extensive and car was determined a loss. Service was maintained throughout ownership. There was no warning, no lights, messages, no ABS brakes. Airbag did not deploy. Extensive seatbelt bruising. I'm upset car was a loss but I would never feel safe driving it. It was as if someone else had taken over control and I was powerless to alter the situation.”
