“The airbag light won't turn off. I'm unsure which airbag, but from what I understand the light on means airbags won't deploy correctly in the event of an accident. It started on 12/13/20 and has continued throughout 12/14/20. The light stays on regardless of what position it's in. Parked, turning, driving, etc.”

NHTSA complaint #11383457, filed 2020-12, 110,000 miles

“First, the CVT blew on a 70mph highway. Got that fixed, Nissan north america and mentor Nissan helped. Nna paid 70% of a transmission. They are also reimbursing me for towing. Then, I have video proof, that after the recall, the ocs light is on while I have passengers in the car. Lastly, rear suspension arm rusting out (photo proof). This car is no longer safe to drive! The whole car should be recalled!”

NHTSA complaint #11253222, filed 2019-09, 83,950 miles

“Passenger air light is on and won't go off. I was told that there is no recall for the airbag. I haven't had no accident, but if this should happen and the passenger air bag doesn't work. Look out Nissan. You'll needs to recall these airbags. I see nearly 700 complaint.”

NHTSA complaint #11323405, filed 2020-05, 60,000 miles

“Have had 2 factory recalls for pass. Side airbag not being activated with pass. In the seat. Still having the same problem sometimes. The dealer stated I would be charged if they cannot duplicate the problem. This has been a safety issue for the past 2 years. Thank goodness we have not been in a accident that needed the use of the pass. Airbag when it was deactivated.”

NHTSA complaint #10911149, filed 2016-10, 54,000 miles

“We have not had any accident and the air bag lights came on. The vehicle was not moving. We turned it on in the morning and it came up. We did not know what it was at first until my husband friend informed it that it was the air bag about 2 days later when he sent him a picture.”
