We had just driven the car and parked it, when minutes later the horn sounded and we say smoke and flames. The fire department was called. The car doors locked themselves, one front light went on, rear tail light was on during fire. Fortunately no one was in the van. Why did the fire start and why did the van doors lock. This is a real safety issue. Please send a reply as to what you plan to do about this safety issue. Thank you.”
