“I have notifications of these various recalls and have tried to get these corrected or at least checked out at the dealership where I purchased my truck. First I was told that appointments were now required. Then I was advised that 1st come/1st served was now required and full schedules are usual. Now I received another notification. I care for my Ram, but my time is also important.”
