“I had noticed that the rear window on the drivers side would leak a small dribble of water after a car wash or a heavy rain. The vehicle was not moving at the time of discovery. I took my truck into meador cdjr in fort worth tx and they removed and replaced the rear seat and rear window. They installed a new window seal and replaced the rear seat. They covered this as a warranty item with no charge to me.”

NHTSA complaint #11387370, filed 2021-01, 17,850 miles

“Rear window plastic cracked/leaking when raining or going through a car wash. Dealer fixed 3rd brake light and resealed antenna but window still leaking headliner and seats get soaking wet I have a video of this happening but it won't let me upload it”

NHTSA complaint #11385787, filed 2020-12, 22,000 miles

“The Driver's seatback broke last year and now has broken a 2nd time. The vehicle has never been in an accident and has never been used off-road. I have contacted the dealer in the matter and they have dismissed my concerns this first seat broke at a weld and the 2nd seat has the same symptoms less than a year later.”

NHTSA complaint #11454713, filed 2022-03

“The truck has two issues that may be related. The third brake light leaks water. they tried to fix it, it happened again. The leaks have ruined my upholstery of the back seats. They have an extended warranty for this but it should be a recall. I believe the leak also is effecting my push button (electrical issues), the car won't start. It just clicks and you have to remove the battery or do weird things to make it start again. I think the leak may be connected because there is a computer on the bottom of the rear window floor that keeps getting wet. …”

NHTSA complaint #11717880, filed 2026-02

“A cracked backlite frame resulting in an interior water leak (crack is visible from the outside). Water leaks from the top of the backlite. There is a recall under Warranty Bulletins: U.S. D-23-17 (TSB: 23-098-23) for the same make, year, and model as this vehicle, but it is not listed as a specific recall for this VIN. In addition to the risk of mold in the vehicle, electronics located below the leak, such as the RF Module beneath the rear seat, could also be damaged. …”
