NHTSA complaint #11385946, filed 2020-12, 26,050 miles“2 cracks in the window frame above the rear sliding window have appeared. The truck was parked in my driveway. NHTSA complaint #11398147, filed 2021-02, 38,000 miles“The gear shifting mechanism/transmission is faulty. I place my truck into park upon coming to a stop, and my truck rolls away with me in it. This happens intermittently, and could not be repeated at the dealer when I took it in for service. I was told to buy a wheel chock to use to keep it from rolling away.”
NHTSA complaint #11306738, filed 2020-02, 31,000 miles“While driving a brand new dodge Ram 1500 (2019) the truck suddenly lost power and I was not able to control the steering of the truck, nor could I control the truck. This has happened on several occasions. This has happened on the city streets as well as the highway and it is very scary.”
