“I have been in for the recall about stalling engine. After doing the recall the problem still remains. My engine has stall 3 different times after said recall. Also seeing online there has been many people complaining about the same problem. Dodge should look into the problem with a different recall out there. This is dangerous.”
NHTSA complaint #11714520, filed 2026-01“We have experienced failure of both sun visors. They fall out of the ceiling I had the passenger side repaired last year while driving today the driver side fell out this drops down and blocks view and impairs steering. I had to hold it up and exit the roadway almost striking the vehicle in front and also on my right. This completely fell out of the ceiling on both without warning”
NHTSA complaint #11728120, filed 2026-03“The seal around the back window is leaking. I have a 2022 Ram 1500 that was completed and picked up on 01/21/2022. Therefore, my vehicle was built in 2021. The issue is reoccurring and constantly leaks inside the cab of the truck when it rains. The truck smell musky and damp. The water leaks all the way under the seat and gets items wet in the under seat compartments.”
NHTSA complaint #11678064, filed 2025-08“I was making a left turn and the vehicle abruptly stopped blocking both lanes of an arterial highway. The emergency brake came on . The vehicle would not shift into neutral so I couldn’t move it off the road. The vehicle was towed in. Had this happened on the expressway or at higher speed both my family and I could have been badly hurt.”
NHTSA complaint #11632638, filed 2024-12“My sun visor detatched and fell on my head while driving causing me to swerve into the median. I took it in and was told it's a common issue for RAMs, The dealership called MOPAR to file a clain, MOPAR insists the sun visor is a trim and not a safety related vehicle component designed to keep the driver from being blinded by the sun.”
