“I am filing this complaint regarding my 2024 Ram 1500 and unresolved defects that I reported while the vehicle was still covered by the bumper-to-bumper warranty. My primary concern is the steering and handling. I reported multiple times that the steering wheel is crooked, the truck pulls to the left, and the vehicle does not drive or track correctly. These complaints began before the bumper-to-bumper warranty expired. I was told that the vehicle needed an alignment and four new tires. I followed those recommendations and paid for both, but the problem never went away. …”
