“I had the vehicle serviced under a different recall notice and when it was picked up from the dealer the emergency brake would not disengage. I tried to drive the vehicle and it made a loud sound from the driver side rear wheel and on inspection the dealership determined that when the emergency brake was released in the cab but it was not releasing at the back drum. This could have caused a fire, damage to the vehicle, or a wreck if the brake had engaged during driving or had not fully disengaged prior to driving.”
