“When I take my foot off the accelerator and put it on the brake the car slows down but then starts to accelerate again. On a city street at a stop sign/light. A light will briefly flash on dash that says hill holder - see service . I've taken it to be checked. They drove it and could not duplicate. This only happens intermittently so that diagnostic is not going to tell anything.”

NHTSA complaint #11315986, filed 2020-03, 5,600 miles

“Around 4,000 miles my brand new van died on me going up a small incline round around a small curve. I lost all power and a head on vehicle almost hit me head on because I list all power, I lost power steering, I lost braking power and I and my dad almost died because I was veering off a cliff. I restarted the vehicle and was able to return the vehicle to the road. At around 5,000 miles my air bag light came on for a half of a day driving. I have had radiator fluid smell and leaking. …”

NHTSA complaint #11404508, filed 2021-03, 4,000 miles

“We have 3 Ram promasters and all 3 have an oil leak at the oil cooler, costing over $800 each to have repaired. Again, all 3 have had the same issue resulting in over $2,400 in repairs.”

NHTSA complaint #11396760, filed 2021-02, 47,000 miles

“When it rains water runs into the engine compartment and all of my wiring is dripping water. The service manager told me that they see this problem a lot and that they don't know how to fix it. I have looked online and there are many people complaining about this. Most people think it is the cowl leaking on the bottom of the windshield. I feel like if my wiring gets wet enough that I will have a malfunction.”

NHTSA complaint #11508996, filed 2023-02

“My van is subject to NHTSA recall 25V-720 (manufacturer recall 67C): a cooling fan module susceptible to premature bearing wear combined with inadequate fuse protection on the 400W fan circuit, which the manufacturer states may lead to a engiine fire. I rent this vehicle out on Outdoorsy, my van is used commercially as a rental and part of their terms and conditions state this vehicle cannot go out if there is a recall notice. I thought for sure lithia would have this solved by this summer. Since August 26, 2025 and also remains incomplete TODAY. …”
