“The contact owns a 2021 Ram Promaster 2500. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the headlights were not producing adequate lighting while driving at night. There was no warning light illuminated. The local dealer was contacted. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact called Mopar and was referred to the dealer for assistance. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was approximately 35,000.”
