“The regular headlight beams do not light up the road. They light half of the road. The road in front of the driver is completely dim. The only way to more than a car length in front of the car is to activate the high beams. Even then you are limited on how much light the headlights put on the road. I am blinded by oncoming cars. I cannot see deer when they jump out from the side of the road. I cannot read address signs that are basically reflective and in front of the car on the road unless I drive directly upon them and shine the high beams.”
