NHTSA complaint #10723565, filed 2015-06, 22,165 miles

“Fuel pump continued to run after the ignition switch was turned off on the 2010 Toyota Tacoma truck and the key removed from the vehicle. I inserted the key and turned the ignition on. Waited 30 seconds then turned the key back off, the pump disengaged. The Tacoma has approximately 9000 miles. If this occurred again unnoticed, would it create a fire hazard?”

NHTSA complaint #10426309, filed 2011-09

“The contact owns a 2010 Toyota Tacoma. The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign number: 14v604000 (suspension, fuel propulsion system); however, the part to do the repair was unavailable. The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure.”
