“My wife came very close to getting into an accident while bringing the kids to school a few weeks ago. She was leaving a stop sign getting onto a very busy highway when our 2007 Toyota Tundra unexpectedly had drastically reduced power. After a trip to the dealership and some research I have found that the reduction in power was caused by a failure in the secondary air injection system. This system is part of the emissions system and is designed to increase efficiency during cold starts. …”

“I have a 2007 Toyota Tundra sr5 double cab and have had all of my regular maintenance completed on time and at a local Toyota dealership. I have made the complaint of my gas pedal sticking and my floor mats were not an issue. They claim they fixed the recall problem with adding a part to the gas pedal. Since I have had my truck back, it has not worked properly. The gas pedal still accelerates on its on or decelerates on its on. The gas pedal floats with your foot so the engine is constantly making the RPM's rise and fall constantly upon riding over bumps or hills. …”
