Within a minute of being plugged in into the behind the headrest video, it started to smoke, black smoke. I quickly pulled over the truck, ran to the back and took the unit out of my son's hands before he was injured. The unit was extremely hot.”

“My husband had a crash on 06/26/2009 on his Toyota Tundra 2006 in concord, california (highway 242). He said he was on the freeway and the traffic stopped suddenly. He pushed the brake pedal, but the truck kept running at the speed that it was without stopping. He crashed 3 cars, and the Toyota Tundra 2006 was a total lost. Thank god nobody was hurt in that accident. But it took us so long for the insurance company to reimbursed us the cost of the truck. Also, I think it wasn't fair, because the truck was in such good condition, he was taking care of that truck like it was his baby.”

“I recently purchased a set of weatherteck front floor mats part # w40 for my 2006 Toyota Tundra. I ordered these mats under the impression they were a custom fit mat for my vehicle. They include the necessary hooks to attach the mat to the drivers side floor. But this is considered a generic mat and sold for all types of vehicles. With the purchaser responsible for modifying them if necessary. The design of the mat positions the right edge directly under the accelerator pedal. When the accelerator is depressed to the floor it will hang on the right edge of the mat. …”
