“toyota tonneau cover was recalled by toyota for flying off back of Tundras. - bought tundra, few months later bought a tonneau cover from another toyota dealership. Toyota took cover from me for a recall in April in Columbus OH. corp Toy said they would send the check after it was sent back. Later corporate refused to send check, dealer is trying to get my money. this is theft!!! truck is sold at a great loss and they still owe me $1600 for the separate purchase of this piece of crap”
NHTSA complaint #11531365, filed 2023-07“The contact owns a 2022 Toyota Tundra. The contact stated that upon entering an address in the navigation system, the map spins and activated the 3D mode. The driver was unable to exit the system. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer who informed him that the vehicle was working as designed. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was contacted but no assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 20,000.”
