“This vehicle is equipped with a blind spot detector system. This system fails occasionally . This creates a safety issue if it fails when I am trying to change lanes. This has happened at least once. This vehicle has been in for service of this issue 4 or 5 times without any repair. The last time it was in, I was told there are other owners that have this problem and Cadillac is working on a fix . This was more than 5 months ago and I have heard nothing about a fix. I would like this issue addressed on a higher level.”

They also stated that gmc switch the guidelines on the clock ring and they can't install it without the airbag module. They have no ideal why it's been change and now I have to wait for the airbag module because the clock ring want fit. …”

I heard what sounded like an explosion coming from top of car. Pulled over and saw that the outisde glass of the front part of the sunroof had shattered with glass coming into my driver side as well as I am sure the remaining glass shattered towards outside. I do not understand how this could happen while driviing under normal circumstances. The experience was shocking and frightening. I was glad there were no passengers with me. …”

“Cue information system failure. This system failure presents a safety issue being that the navigation system does not work and the hands free also does not work. There seems to be a lot of system failures so, I'm sure that there are a lot more concerned owners.”
