“The contact owns a 2010 Chevrolet SILVERADO 1500. The contact was driving approximately 55 MPH when he applied the brakes but the vehicle would not stop. The contact was unable to stop the vehicle and was involved in a crash. The air bags did not deploy and the seat belts did not restrain the driver or front passenger in place. The front passenger was reported as injured. A passenger from the second vehicle was also reported injured. The police appeared on the scene and a report was filed. …”
