The contact stated while the vehicle was stationary, the seat belt fasteners retracted; however, after adjusting the seat belt the seat belt failed to retract properly. The vehicle was taken to the dealer for repair, but the failure persisted. On a separate occasion, the rearview camera displayed a half-moon shape and blocked the visibility of the driver. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and the dealer informed the contact that the issue was normal, and the vehicle was not repaired. …”
