“I have a 22022 Refresh Silverado 1500 High Country with 12,500 miles that gets a Service Transmission warning and kills the engine leaving it in the traffic. When trying to restart the truck it just keeps flashing errors and can't be restarted for about half hour. This has happened twice to me so far. The codes recorded are in the attached file.”

NHTSA complaint #11668285, filed 2025-06

“I have both key fobs with me in the vehicle and it will not start. I have a message on the dash stating” key fob not detected” I live in North Dakota and the winters here reach temperature to -40. I find this issues to be very dangerous, potentially being stranded in the middle of nowhere and not being able to start your vehicle manually.”

NHTSA complaint #11636116, filed 2025-01

“The trailer brake controller goes off and on. A message in the truck reads trailer brakes off, trailer brakes on, check wiring. Repeats every 45 seconds or so. You never know when you have trailer brakes or not. Did not have trouble prior 3 years with a different truck? I saw 2022 trucks had a safety recall but my Vin was not included, which it should have. Very dangerous.”

NHTSA complaint #11684573, filed 2025-09

“Ever since I’ve own, the vehicle emergency breaking has never worked. I get all the red lights and noises and I almost ruined somebody but luckily I swerved, but the truck is never break on its own and the dealership tells me that’s the way it is you have to hit somebody first before it breaks and the other day I was driving and all kinds of service lights came on the dash the trucks are misfiring”

NHTSA complaint #11726049, filed 2026-03

“The dashboard fails and stops working, the shift to park wont engage and the key is not working to start the car. I have reported it to the dealer and to GM and they refuse to acknowledge the issue. The Feldman service person says it will eventually be a recall and will not help until then. They wont even let me pay to have it fixed they wont acknowledge it at all.”
