Costing me thousands in lodging and months of my time. My vehicle has stalled multiple times on interstates and busy roads with no shoulders putting me and other drivers at risk.”

NHTSA complaint #11763787, filed 2026-09“We have had four previously documented issues with the electrical, brake and engine in our truck. Today, we were advised by the dealer that the truck had been fixed, and a new ECM had been installed. They advised they drove the truck for 100 miles and there were no issues. We picked the truck up and on the way home, while on the highway, the truck went into low power mode, the brakes went out, the check engine light and slip light came on. …”
NHTSA complaint #11694720, filed 2025-10“There is no sound from the entertainment system, this happens randomly about once a week. The Safty concern is that when this happens there is no sound for anything including directionals, other warnings and this can cause a Safty issue. The only way to have the system work again is to shut the vehicle off for ten minutes and restart. My vehicle has had the software updated at the dealership about every three months since I purchased it, and to no avail.”
