NHTSA complaint #11723995, filed 2026-03“The car pulls to the left while driving. The steering wheel turned to the left when I stopped. I have taken it to the dealer three times but the problem is not resolved.”
NHTSA complaint #11639219, filed 2025-01“I am filing this complaint regarding my 2023 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD, which has approximately 20,000 miles and has been babied since new. The truck is maintained meticulously and the undercarriage is washed weekly. The brake failures I have experienced are completely unacceptable for a truck with this mileage and maintenance history. The material has separated from the underlying metal, which I believe is a serious material/manufacturing-quality issue. …”
NHTSA complaint #11758375, filed 2026-08“I was on a two lane driving down the road and getting up to speed. I was still about 45 miles per hour on my way up to 55 mph my vehicle started de rating very fast as I’m driving and then my engine shut off. I had no control over my steering as I made a turn to get off the two-lane road because there was no shoulder. I had to turn the steering wheel really hard and was not able to control the vehicle at all because the engine shut down completely. Everything shut down. I was sticking out in the road. I have no clue yet. What caused it I had to get it towed to a dealership. …”
NHTSA complaint #11674155, filed 2025-07“When slowing down the vehicle and almost coming to complete stop the truck shutters when it shifts down. Also, if slowing down and almost coming to a stop and then accelerating the truck hesitates, and then shifts hard. The truck hesitating has caused a delay in clearing traffic while turning to exit the road.”
