“The contact owns a 2017 Chevrolet SILVERADO 3500. The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign number: 19v088000 (fuel system, gasoline); however, the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The contact called the manufacturer and they disconnected the call. The dealer was not contacted. The contact had not experienced a failure. Vin tool confirms parts not available.”
