“Entertainment System/Radio -- not working. No audio. No audio noise even when the blinker is engaged. After several visits to the internet/YouTube I understand this has been a common problem with GM models. Some are able to restart under 'safety mode'. My case ... radio comes on when it wants to and then cuts off. My vehicle is 15 months old .. 38,000 miles.”

NHTSA complaint #11680662, filed 2025-08

“Audible warnings for turn signals, Blind Spot monitoring and lane monitoring periodically quits along with all sound from radio and Bluetooth system. Haptic feedback on lane change seems to not function at this time as well. Warning lights function. This has occurred 7 times since Oct 22 2024 when the vehicle was purchased. MFG has been unable to repair.”

NHTSA complaint #11633321, filed 2024-12

“Vehicle: 2024 Chevrolet Tahoe RST The backup camera and HD Surround Vision system on my 2024 Chevrolet Tahoe have experienced repeated failures despite multiple repair attempts by an authorized Chevrolet dealership. The failure presents as a black screen displaying a red warning triangle and a crossed-out camera icon when the vehicle is placed in reverse or when camera views are selected. The parking sensors continue to function, but no camera image is available. …”

NHTSA complaint #11740973, filed 2026-05

“After start up, there is no audio coming from the vehicle. No audio from entertainment system, no audio from turn signal and no audio from fasten seat belt chime . Restarting vehicle does not change the outcomes, initially. Exiting the vehicle and restarting about 10 minutes later, all audio returns, including entertainment sytem, audible turn signal indicator and fasten seat belt chime (if seat belt is not engaged). This has occured on several occasions since about 11/1/2024.”

NHTSA complaint #11631380, filed 2024-12

“I have a 2024 Tahoe that was purchased new from the dealer and has 13,700mi. The first service was completed as required in December with no issues identified. Less than 2 months later the front wheels started making a squeaking sound intermittently when accelerating, coasting or breaking. There were no warning messages. The dealership/mechanic looked over the car & said that the front brakes were measuring 2mm (completely worn out) but no other issues. Before drop off the car computer said above 75% or more for front and rear breaks (green). …”
