“Check engine light came on with limited acceleration vehicle, then proceeded to overheat several times having to pull over to the side of the road in very dangerous locations vehicle was brought to dealership and it was determined it was a coolant pump. It was replaced under warranty. I want it to be known that there was an issue as others I have heard our ex experiencing the same.”

“Onstar telematics control module not working. Dealer says part is in back order. Some vehicle safety features are not available. GPS not available. When my phone is connected via android auto my GPS some times show my location as being in New Jersey while I'm actually in New York and nowhere close to the location shown.”

NHTSA complaint #11705856, filed 2025-12

“While driving on vacation approximately five hours away from home with my family, I suddenly heard a loud popping sound followed immediately by increased outside wind noise coming from the panoramic moonroof. Based on the sound, I suspected the moonroof glass had shattered. Because my family was in the vehicle, I intentionally did not open the interior sunshade, as I was concerned that broken glass could fall into the cabin and seriously injure my passengers. …”

NHTSA complaint #11750117, filed 2026-07

“The roof-mounted antenna (shark fin style) detached from my 2025 Chevrolet Traverse (approx mileage:7,500) during normal use. This should not occur on a new vehicle, and I have seen multiple other owners of the same model year reporting the same issue. If the antenna were to detach while driving, it could create a safety hazard to other vehicles on the road. My vehicle is scheduled for dealer inspection, but I believe this should be documented as a potential defect.”

NHTSA complaint #11683319, filed 2025-08

“I purchased a 2025 Chevy Traverse in April 2025. The car had under 1056 miles on it. I was in another state 325 miles away from home when lights came on in the car. The PARK brake came on, the ABS light came on and a few others. The alert said, Service ESC, and service Brake Assist. What component or system failed or malfunctioned, and is it available for inspection upon request? We did research online and there were 33 other complaints from people with similar complaints. They reported that it was a master cylinder part and the dealers don’t have the part in stock. …”
