“There have been no map updates to the built-in GPS navigation system in two years. With constantly changing roads, regular map updates are vital. The lack of map updates is a dangerous safety issue, as the built-in GPS navigation system cannot be relied upon. I have monitored the official Chrysler source for map updates, and there have been none. Numerous telephone calls to Chrysler have confirmed that there are no map updates available, and no prediction as to when or if such updates will ever be available.”
