“I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the ongoing issues plaguing my car. This dissatisfaction is compounded by the fact that this car was brand new when I picked it up from the dealership, with no miles on it. Since then, I have encountered a series of concerning problems. At around 30,000 miles, the batteries required replacement, followed shortly by a transmission replacement at 40,000 miles. Additionally, the TV screens throughout the car began shutting off autonomously, a persistent issue that remains unresolved. …”

Then we got completely stopped on a major road during rush-hour with my whole family in the car. The car moved itself to park at a stop light. When we were stopped, everything in the car was going haywire. FCW unavail, ABS unavail, check engine light, wipers going, couldn't use turn signals or hazard lights. I turned the car on/off multiple times to get it to work. We were stuck in the middle of a busy road above a highway with cars exiting during rush hour. …”
