“My horn started chriping for no reason while parked and while driving. I took the batteries out of both key fobs and was still going off. Tried locking and unlocking both with and without the fob. I had to remove the horn fuse to get it to stop. I have seen many of these vehicles with the same issue.”

NHTSA complaint #11279124, filed 2019-11, 90,000 miles“Vehicle does random no start just clicks had starter replaced did not fix issue. I read on internet tells me to move gear selector back and forth or just put it in neutral to start up. When my Journey does not want to start I have to put it in neutral and it starts right up, another issue I just noticed is the when turn heater on the passenger side vents blow cool air other vents are hot.”
NHTSA complaint #11152081, filed 2018-11, 101,000 miles“Have intermittent starter fails. Often leaves me stranded. Have been able to get it going eventually by jiggling fuses in the fuse box. But I never know when this is going to happen and I have only had the car for 6 months and it has happened 6 times. Vehicle was always turned off and when I went to turn it on, nothing. But there is power in the car, lights and radio etc.”
