“My brother was driving my Dodge Journey I was the front passenger and my cousin was in the back we were hit from the rear and we rode over two and a half time airbags did not deploy on either side and we also substaned injuries I myself was in the hospital four days and I am still out of work to this day”

NHTSA complaint #11302905, filed 2020-01, 69,062 miles

“While driving into work this morning my horn began to go off on its on and randomly. Nothing I did would stop the horn from going off. I called both my dealer and chrysler directly neither said they have heard of any issues regarding this. Some of the warning lights on my dash also came up and then went off. This seems to be a safety issue and I am concerned.”

NHTSA complaint #10693213, filed 2015-03, 44,787 miles

“Air bag light goes on at certain times, and the horn goes on all by it's self while the vehicle is sitting with out running, and while driving, I had to remove the fuse to stop the horn from going off on it's own, but now I have no horn and that is a safety issue”

NHTSA complaint #11052685, filed 2017-12, 137,000 miles

“I walked outside to my Journey and the passenger side front headrest was deployed with no occupancy at the time. The little black clips are broken and I cannot pull it back down to disengage.”

NHTSA complaint #11310884, filed 2020-02, 150,123 miles

“I was driving down the road and all of a sudden the driver airbag light came on, it would then shut off and then ding and turn back on, it did this for several miles before it just stayed on. Another incident that has happened several times is that all the dash indicator lights come on while I'm driving, it puts my car in limp mode, I then have to pull over, shut the car off and then restart it for it to be ok again. This is a real safety concern as well, I could crash and get in a serious accident and I typically have my young kids with me. …”
