“The pre collision assist / warning is not working at all. Someone was cut into my lane in front of me and I was almost hit him so I need to hit the brake in the last second but no warning showed up at all. After that I tried to test if the pre collision warning system is working or not so I tried to force them such as I drove into like almost hit to another object/ car without hitting brake but I never get or see any warning on the screen.I even setting the sensitivity on high! But it never worked at all. I used to drove the car that has the pre collision system so I know how it's work. …”

“Driving and check engine light came on saying abs system disabled pull over immediately This was a 4000.00 repair for the sensor that should’ve been a recall as there were 5 other broncos repaired with this same issue in the shop during my repair. I was not covered u der warranty because I was 600 miles over power train warranty when this occurred. Please review for possible ford recall.”

NHTSA complaint #11773657, filed 2026-10

“I purchased the 2021 Ford Bronco Sport in August of 2025. There were issues after about a week with all kinds of messages of components not working cycling through constantly on the display. The electric brake would engage on its own while parked and had to be shut off before I could go forwards after starting the vehicle. I took it to the dealership where I bought it and after a few days they said it was a batter issue and replaced it at no cost to me. …”

NHTSA complaint #11729602, filed 2026-04

“While driving vehicle will flash place hands on wheel while hands are on the wheel. It will then turn off sound system and cut off adaptive features until I shake my steering wheel irrationally to the left and right. It will also jerk the vehicle into other lanes to try and correct to stay in lane, while I'm inside of the lines issuing the adaptive driving features. If there is a break in the lines, ie: turning lane or intersection the adaptive wants to jerk course into other lanes. …”

NHTSA complaint #11548006, filed 2023-10

“Since the purchase of the Bronco Sport in 2021, I have intermittently taken it in for required service. However, there have been times when I have had to take it in for hearing noise coming from when I make turns, and it sounded like my break pads were making the sound of wear. A recent report did address the break pad concern, and they were replaced. Intuitively something told me to check my fluid levels and the engine air filter, along with the cabin air filter. They both needed replacing, which I did on my own. …”
