“Dash Panel Display blanked out while driving in the morning and was dark out. It happened at least 4 times during a 45min drive into work. Could not see the speed I was going or any gauges which I don't think any of the Safety stuff was working.”

NHTSA complaint #11702399, filed 2025-12

“I've had a Blindspot warning light alert, told by dealership this is an electrical issue, after a web search, I see this is a common and known issue for Ford, yet no recall has been issued. I also have another know, common powertrain issue with my rear differential. The vehicle makes noise when turning, unstable when driving. The vehicle is less than 5yrs old and under 60k miles. Both issues are safety issues and could cause an electrical fires or vehicle stalling. I am scheduled for a 2nd inspection on 7/31 and hopefully repair.”

NHTSA complaint #11753350, filed 2026-07

“While driving my 2022 Ford Bronco Sport several alerts flashed in the dash area including lane assist, front end collision and even just a wrench in a box. All audio was lost. Then the entire dash went dark. All information in the instrument panel disappeared. The tachometer and speedometer both dropped to 0. I had no turn signals and could not determine which gear the vehicle was in. The engine continued to run and I could accelerate and slow down. Eventually everything came back on. …”

NHTSA complaint #11538388, filed 2023-08

“The charcoal canister, connection, wires and felt cover has been broken. This is the second time something has went through the cover and broke the charcoal canister. First time it was covered under warranty and only the canister and cover had a hole. This time several things were broken. It caused the engine light to come on. It has also caused the lane assist to stay on. There are bare wires underneath the vehicle. The Ford company wanted to charge me over $2,000. to repair. I do not take this Bronco out on trails four wheeling, it is a family vehicle. …”

NHTSA complaint #11762471, filed 2026-09

“We have, since buying the vehicle new in 2022, experienced sporadic severe lane keeping assist OVER Correction or dangerously aggressive correction both when there is not an actual lane crossing and no correction is needed and when slightly drifting over lines on the outer right side of roadways. The severe jerking /over correction has caused the vehicle to go OFF of the shoulder of the road in many incidents OR to go into oncoming traffic lane. When we had the recall performed that was meant to reprogram the pcm we were told that hopefully your issues with that will be resolved . …”
