“I take very good care of my car and I purchased it brand new in July of 2022. Out of nowhere a few days ago I had my car slipping of gear and won’t go forward or backwards and then my car proceeded to have the service light pop on and then my check engine light. I do not have all of the diagnostics back yet, but they did say it was transmission related. My car isn’t even 2 1/2 years old. It should not be running into issues out of no where like this.”

NHTSA complaint #11623518, filed 2024-11, 108,076 miles

“Stripped differential. I was told by a service tech that the vehicle is safe to drive until it isn’t that Ford is aware but does not have a fix. It is available for inspection. The vehicle is getting worse, and I only drive short distances. Olathe Ford did the inspection. They will not give me a copy of the inspection. I have never received any warning lights whatsoever.”

NHTSA complaint #11770867, filed 2026-10

“My moon roof has started making very loud noises at speeds above 50 mph. There is no active recall for my 2022 Bronco Sport. But there was the exact recall on 2021 Bronco Sports. In addition there is a moon roof recall on 2022 Navigators, F150's, F250's, F350's and F450's. Why has a recall not been issued on the 2022 model?”

NHTSA complaint #11738163, filed 2026-05

“After putting car into park and leaving car upon returning and trying to start the gear shift knob will be in reverse position. My shifter is the turning knob on the console which cannot be accidentally turned on less your foot is on the brake. This has happened on more than one occasion. Thank god I don’t park on hills. Have not been to the dealership yet to ask them about this .”

NHTSA complaint #11504230, filed 2023-01

“Exhaust is coming into the cabin through the air vent a/c intake. This is unhealthy, and poses a health risk. Ford has yet to acknowledge the problem. I’ve been to the dealer once and they said it was fixed, but the fumes remain unchanged. I have heard that other owners are having the same issue.”
