“The contact owns a 2008 Ford EDGE. While driving at approximately 25 MPH, another vehicle crashed head on into the contact's vehicle. The air bags did not deploy. The contact sustained head and neck injuries and the back seat passenger had lacerations on the face and broken glasses. Also, the rear seat belt failed to tighten. Medical attention was required. A police report was filed. The manufacturer was not notified. The VIN was not available. The approximate failure mileage was 120,000. Updated 04/22/16”
