“I was driving when I noticed a light on as I turned the car on as I was driving I saw 4 numbers showing which were the numbers for each tire but the one that was going down at a fast speed was the tire on the driver front tire. I had no blow out ,I had nothing for tire to go flat on me . When I was going to put on the spare that the card had I was not able to do that because I didn't have a jack or anything to change the tire. I had to get a used tire at a tire shop that cost me $60. And noticed that the number is not the same as my 3 other one's”

The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the brake pedal was depressed and there was an abnormal grinding sound coming from the vehicle and the vehicle shuddered. The TPMS and an unknown brake-related warning light was illuminated. The failure had occurred on several occasions. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed and determined that the front brake flexible hose needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired; however, the failure persisted. …”
