NHTSA complaint #11550430, filed 2023-10, 2,000 miles

“While driving on interstate vehicle lost all braking and steering. Numerous warning lights popped up. I almost was in a very bad accident. I was able to put transmission in manual and gear down and finally got steering back with no power and could maneuver off road. Truck then shut down and would not start again. Called Ford and not very helpful. Contacting attorney for help.”

NHTSA complaint #11583230, filed 2024-04

“After driving for approximately 2 hours, A/C stopped blowing out of vents. Even adjusting the fan speed up & lowering temp, vents did not blow air. However, I could hear air blowing within console. During this time, defrost of windshield did not work. I turned off system for approximately 30 minutes and then system began working. This same situation has happened 2previous times.”

NHTSA complaint #11602019, filed 2024-07

“While backing out of a parking spot, the screen with the rearview camera froze. I was not aware the screen had frozen and continued to back up believing I was seeing what was behind me. Fortunately, there was no accident. The screen remained frozen until I stopped the vehicle and cycled the engine.”

NHTSA complaint #11575736, filed 2024-03

“A/C unit has frozen up on my truck two times causing me to have to bring it to the delearship for repairs. This is a brand new vehicle and it gets extremely hot in Texas and to have the A/C go out and no longer function is a serious health risk to me and my family.”
