“Was going 10mph and started to turn around a corner when vehicle failed to comply. Steering became free wheeling, vehicle kept straight. Plowed into a front porch, became lodged under the port. Passenger was injured and hospitalized. Also, driver suffered injuries, but had emergency room treatmentand was released. Vehicle was totaled.”
