“Driving approx 40mph on the road and a loud thump sound followed by grinding from rear end started. Came to stop in the road and when the gas pedal was pushed the grinding sound continued. The truck was pushed off the side of the road and had to be towed to the dealership since January 4th. It has been at the dealership with no estimate of time for repair from the dealership so far and we just keep being told there is nothing they can do. The dealership states that the parts are on back order and we are in a line of several other trucks with the same problem.”
