“My 2014 Ford fusion had motor mounts go out on it, I'm being told that it is not covered under my manufacturer warranty. I'm not exactly sure how that is not covered. I've had nothing but problems with this car it's been to the dealer probably about 53 of the five times it's been in for the cross traffic s I'm not exactly sure how that is not covered. …”
NHTSA complaint #11118759, filed 2018-08, 60,000 miles“The charger (shoreline) nearly caused a house fire. The charger overheats at the wall socket. It is not the wall socket because I tried it on a commercial outlet on a new 20a circuit breaker. The online chat rooms are full of concerns about this. I called Ford and they did not seem to take the concern seriously at all. The vehicle is in park, turned off and charging.”
