“I am writing in regards to the manufacturer recall: 19s54. How are these parts only available in the 1st quarter of 2021? It's now in the winter months in northwest ohio and I can't even brake my car safely in the snow and/or ice. I need to drive to and from work and make any other trips, but I can't do it safely!! What can you do to fix this issue? Can you refund me my bill if I take this into a shop?”
